We had an amazing time in Orka World Villa. The villa was very nice, big and clean. There were 4 toilets and 3 big bathrooms which was amazing. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes drive from the beach. The lightning in the house was very luxe and gave a warm home feeling. They came cleaning the villa 2 times and the swimming pool every day. The tv with everything included as Netflix, Disney Channel, Spotify etc. was great to have and very easy to connect with your phone.The couch was amazing because you can turn it in a sofa bed which was great to watch movies on!

The villa is in a fabulous location set in olive groves with a beautiful beach nearby and mountain backdrop. The beach is accessible down a very steep path with breathtaking views. Most amenities including excellent restaurants are up or down hills but all achievable in a 15-20 minute walk. The villa is spacious, peaceful and private with great sunset views.

This is about the 5th time we have stayed at Villa Charoula. The setting is ideal. Surrounded by orange, grapefruit, lemon and olive trees. Near enough to Polis for the supermarket, banks, hospital, and local restaurants. From the terrace there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The pool, which is very private, is kept beautifully clean by Savvas, the owner, who along with his wife (Charoula) will do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect. We LOVE it. For a quiet and peaceful holiday it's very hard to beat.

We had an amazing nine days at the villa. It was as described. The weather meant that we did not go out much and stayed by and in the pool. Very relaxing. Most evenings we headed to Donalucata, eating in a number of excellent restaurants along the sea front.

L'orario ufficiale del check-in è alle 16:00 e l'orario ufficiale del check-out è alle 10:00.

Se il tuo gruppo di ospiti in arrivo non ha meno di 25 anni, hai la possibilità di scegliere tra 2 tipi di depositi:
-BDW (Breakage Damage Waiver) di 7 euro a persona che non è rimborsabile e copre quanto segue: Per coprire rotture accidentali ogni cliente che soggiorna in una proprietà Agni Travel è tenuto a pagare 7 euro per un BDW O un deposito cauzionale. Il BDW opzionale può essere facilmente pagato insieme al saldo dell'alloggio e copre le rotture accidentali della proprietà che potrebbero verificarsi durante il soggiorno in modo che possano essere sostituite in tempo per i clienti successivi. La BDW copre tutte le rotture accidentali all'interno e all'esterno della villa compresi (ad esempio) vetri, piatti, lettini e ombrelloni. BDW copre le rotture accidentali fino ad un valore massimo di 500 Euro a persona. Tuttavia, ti chiediamo di rispettare il tuo alloggio e, in caso di grave abuso della tua villa da parte di qualsiasi membro del tuo gruppo, ti potrebbe essere chiesto di andartene. Se qualcuno dei tuoi partecipanti causa problemi alle proprietà vicine in relazione a danni, fastidi o abusi a qualsiasi rappresentante di Agni Travel, gli verrà chiesto di lasciare l'alloggio. BDW non è rimborsabile.
- RSD (Deposito Cauzionale Rimborsabile) di 150 euro a persona, completamente rimborsabile se la villa viene lasciata pulita, in ordine e senza alcun danno dopo la vostra partenza dalla villa.

La proprietà viene pulita prima di ogni arrivo e dopo ogni partenza e se il soggiorno dei clienti è di 7 giorni, la pulizia intermedia verrà effettuata una volta a metà settimana

Ci teniamo a farvi sapere che nella villa sono forniti asciugamani e asciugamani, così come la biancheria da letto (non vengono forniti i teli mare).

Le nostre proprietà sono self-catering, il che significa che gli stessi elementi essenziali, come sale, pepe, carta igienica, shampoo ecc. potrebbero non essere forniti, poiché ciò è a discrezione del gestore della proprietà.
