We need to say that the villa is actually even better then on the photos! The property is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Almirida and Plaka are also close, just 10 min driving. While there we took several trips to fab beaches near Kefalas (Omprogialos and Georgioupolis Beach). Great holiday spent at Villa Nikolas and Kefalas. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa.

I cant say enough about this villa and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Villa Nikolas and Kefalas were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby(Omprogialos) and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa, and the sea/beach is only a 10-minute drive away. The place is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and the natural landscapes were appreciative. Villa Nikolas was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with nice beddings and soft mattresses. Nice spacious outside area with private pool, and terrace. Villa Nikolas is in a very peaceful and remote location only an 8-minute walk to Kefalas and 15 min drive from the bustling center of Skala which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Kefalas and Omprogialos/Koutalas beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Kefalas and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Diese Villa ist so ger?umig, dass mehr als genug Platz f?r alle da ist. Der Baustil ist eine Kombination aus Alt und Neu, das Ganze wirkt immer noch modern. Wir haben wegen der Gr??e des Pools geschwommen und Wassersport betrieben. Von der Innenpflege kann ich behaupten, dass es auf dem neuesten Stand ist, die kleinen Dinge werden sofort in die Hand genommen.

An excellent relaxing holiday with great service from Agni leading up to the break a great recommendation for car hire (Greenways) and lovely service from the local maintenance team. It may be worth stressing that nightlife in this very rural village is absolutely nothing more that the restaurant and the taverna in the village and your own entertainment in the villa....there is absolutely nothing else around except countryside and a great view across the Crete mountains. For us that was perfect but others may be disappointed about just how very rural this villa is.

This is our second visit to this part of Crete with Beach Villas. Great villa with stunning views. Kefalas village could not be more of a fantastic friendly location to spend a relaxing week with two mini supermarkets and tavernas offering both typical local dishes and daily specials at very reasonable prices all within easy walking distance or minutes by car for those who prefer to drive. The villages of Vamos and Kylives offer more substantial shops and facilities (ie. Butcher Bakery Banking etc) if you require them. Looking forward to returning very soon
