Disposizione
Steps up from the pool lead to a raised terrace. The front door opens into an open plan sitting room and dining/kitchen area. There is also a full bathroom on this level. Patio doors from the sitting room and kitchen open onto a large balcony which overlooks pool.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), each with their own access to the front balcony. There is also a large family bathroom.
The ground floor, via a separate entrance, opens into a self contained apartment with lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and bathroom.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the villa! We loved waking up every day and walking to get our morning coffee (at Dux cafe) along the beach. We actually walked everywhere - even to lunch/dinner (Vatalos, Oasis, Georgias Tastes etc...) The beach is a 2 minute walk from the villa and we enjoyed everyday there! The beach is stunning - clear water and soft sand. We are already planning our return :)
We had a lovely time at Theo Beach. We had a great view of the mountains and sea from the villa, it was just a short walk to the beach and taverna and sometimes we just enjoyed relaxing at the pool or the house/garden area. It was simple a great stay.
We had a great time at Theo Beach Villa. The kids had fun at the pool which was cleaned Daily. We enjoyed the great views, the beach and tavernas nearby. The owners were also always very friendly and hellpful. We will definitely be back
beautiful location and fantastic pool and pool maintenance. The downstairs outdoor space was fabulous to spend time especially during the at times strong winds. Spiros was a lovely host and we very much enjoyed our time there.
Theo Beach Villa was a beautiful spot for a relaxed Crete holiday. The sea views were amazing, the private pool was perfect, and the villa had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
