This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of €25 per day. Lovely very big clean villa with lovely clean large pool in a great,very convenient location . 7 mins to restaurants and at the lovely Puerto Calero marina. 30 seconds to a large supermarket and 1 min to a great coffee shop. One of the first villas in Lanzarote we would like to return to!
