Villa Livia is a superb villa well equipped and comfortable. It was in a great location and within easy walking distance from the beach and some of the restaurants.

We spend a nice time at nearby beaches where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Great property and kind hosts!

We had an amazing stay. The villa is very clean and well equipped. We will definitely come back!

We had a great time at Villa Livia and were every day amazed by how lovely was this villa and the area as well. It was well-maintained and furnished with absolutely everything you might need during your holiday. We really enjoyed memorable sunsets there while swimming in the pool. It was located just a short walk from the beach and a lot of tavernas and restaurants. We had the best holiday ever and WE WILL COME BACK!

Villa Livia and its surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had before arriving there. The villa was comfortable and perfect. Nice outside area with a private pool and terrace. Honestly, we were so lucky to have such a wonderful outside area to prepare food!!! Larnaca and Ayia Napa are some of the places that we visited and really enjoyed while exploring their beauties. We will come back next year!

This was the perfect villa for us and we loved it so much. It had everything you can possibly need. The pool and the terrace were magnificent. There was also an outside dining area and BBQ. The location was great as everything was really close: tavernas, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and the beach was just 300 meters from the villa so we did not need to rent a car. We would definitely recommend this villa as it was absolutely beautiful. Thanks a lot!!!

Villa Livia was a charming yet peaceful villa. Clean, neatly and tastefully decorated. Perfect location from beaches which had undeniably clear water. We loved the outdoors and enjoyed meals outside.

I recently returned from a fabulous holiday with friends at Villa Livia . The villa was clean, spacious and private, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Only a stone’s throw away from the idyllic beaches at Kapparis and Malama, as well as a good selection of waterfront tavernas, it was the perfect base from which to explore the stunning east coast of Cyprus. I would definitely book with Agni Travel again - the process was seamless, and the staff were always helpful and never intrusive.
