Ita€™s fantastic to have a house by the sea! We visited many of the areas beautiful towns, knowing that a comfortable home and the sea awaited us upon our return. Highly recommended.

Loved the location right by the beach. The terrace was perfect for relaxing and eating outside, and the villa itself was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for an easy stay in Sicily.

This house is basically on the beach and the Outside areas are lovely. The inside is great for a beach holiday, Kitchen has all you need. We were able to use this house both for beach days and As a launch point for visiting nearby towns and cities.

Dune Sul Mare was a beautiful seaside escape. Being so close to the beach made every day easy, and the terrace was perfect for slow mornings and sunset dinners.

Exceptional. The Owner Franco was so polite and attentive, reacting swiftly to replace the microwave that did not work. He also gave us some great tips on places to eat. Location peaceful and restful. My wife and I enjoyed our 10 days there....our first time in Sicily. Many kind and great thanks. Do please thank Franco as he was terrific throughout.

Being just steps from the sea made the holiday feel effortless, and we loved sitting outside in the evenings listening to the waves. A fantastic spot for a relaxing beach break.

Making all the travel arrangements went smoothly. Sicily, pre-eminently a tourist resort where you will meet many foreigners. The owners of the Villa made us feel very welcomed and their hospitality was great.

Few steps away from the beach!!!!. One can only enjoy it! A car is essential because everything can only be reached by car. being able to return to a cozy villa with its modern mix and traditional setting to relax.

In one word Beautiful Villa. The villa itself is such a beautiful piece of art. We will definitely come back very soon. On arrival, they left us some water, coffee, and some food for breakfast. One day the owner came to check if everything was ok and brought also some Sicilian sweets.

This holiday home is located in a quiet place, where either local live or just come there for vacation. Very idyllic location, at the time of July 2020 there was very little going on on the beach, only in the evening young people came to play football and chill and some people were walking. The house itself has the first line to the sea, but you cant see the sea from there because of the dunes, but you can hear the whole time. There is a wonderful tree in the courtyard that provides plenty of shade at noon. One can only enjoy it! A car is essential because everything can only be reached by car. I wholeheartedly recommend the vacation home. Regina
