It is an excellent, quiet place with a spectacular well kept garden, lots of wild birds, a hedge hog, squirrels. very nice pool, clean, the kitchens are well equipped, the grill area is securely away from the sitting area. The bathrooms are big enough, water running well and hot. The proprietor is very friendly, helpful and fast in getting things done. The area of Castiglion Fiorentino / Arezzo is nice to be, no matter if we would like to eat out, historical things to see, buy inexpensive food or even go on a trip to Siena, Peruggia or Florence - all in reach. We will try to come again.

Our first pleasant experience was when we booked our villa with Agni Travel. The agents were very helpful. The large villa with all the features as mentioned on the website presented us with a warm and homely feeling. Tuscany with its breathtaking view and fascinating landscape made us wanted to stay there for a long time. Wines and delicious food, the large pool, all that was amazing. Thank you Agni Travel for offering us a superb holiday. See you all soon again for our next holiday experience

We were skeptical to say the least about the amenities of the villa....but boy we were in for the surprise of our lives! The cleanliness of the villa was a welcoming sight to sore eyes; added to this was the friendliness of the staff. The quaintness and traditional setting of the villa did not diminish the spacious layout where we all could seek out our own relaxing spot, whether by the pool gave the fact there was a lot of greenery or in one of the livingrooms of the villa. Our independently undertaken activities were mostly visiting the neighboring villages of Perugia, Siena, and Florence.

We were a large group of students with special college assignments. The lovely villa could accommodate all of us and everyone had their own space to study. The cleaning staff was present and they did a adequate job. when we needed some technical assistance the manager was present. Thank you all who contributed us having a wonderful time at the villa

This villa is a big family house with a lot of space for each and everyone. Two houses on one lot very near to each other. We got a very good time with one another where family ties are tightened more closely. The house offered us a warm and cozy feeling and therefore we loved spending our time here. We are looking forward to being here again, be it with a small group or with the whole family again.

Villa Casale Federica has nice furniture. The place we most enjoyed is the garden and the pool terrace for the garden is very spacious. cleaning is up to date, all that is needed in and around the house is available for our convenience. We had a happy time, sure to return to this villa next year
