I cant say enough about this apartment and the property location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Alexandra apartment and Saint Stephanos were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the apartment. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. What we liked the most was the vicinity of the beach (right across the street), we spend a great time there: swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, boat renting...We also visited Kassiopi and Kalami, nice coastal places with a lot of local restaurants, bars, and tasty local food to try. Overall nice location, nice apartment and perfect holiday for us. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended.

Magnificent apartment with superb views. Right across the street, there is a wonderfully small and pebbly beach, with lots of tavernas. The sunset and sea views from the terrace were breathtaking. Nice and friendly people in Saint Stephanos, which helped us several times with directions and proposed places to visit. We will come back again.

We had an excellent holiday. The apartment was spacious and obviously plenty of room for just 2 of us. The position in the village is really convenient and the views from the balconies are gorgeous. We really appreciated the choice of balconies which allowed us to choose sun or shade. We particularly enjoyed a trip to Corfu town on Dinos Boat, we took the later trip at 4pm when the temperature was perfect and returned about 10pm

San Stephanos is a gem of a place on Corfu. We have been 3 times and we have already booked to return next year. Wonderful place, great apartments and fabulous local people.

This is our favourite place in San Stefano. Alexandra is a very special spot to watch the dawn break over Albania and to see the boats coming into harbour at sunset. Who needs a pool when you are so close to the beautiful Ionian Sea and can easily get to different coves and swimming places by boat or a walk away? We choose Beach Villas because of the flexibility it gives us over standard packages - we can pick our dates and travel arrangements with the friendly support of the team here and in Corfu.

As usual an excellent holiday with Agni We did however have a taxi issue - having booked with EOS we were collected on arrival on time but although we rang to confirm our collection for our departure, the day prior to our departure, the taxi did not turn up at 8.30 am as agreed and after several calls we were finally collected at 9.20 am for an 11.30 flight which caused a great deal of anxiety. It would appear that they had forgotten, although we had been reassured it was in the diary, and they had to call a taxi from the taxi rank in Kassiopi. This should be looked into. We look forward to another excellent holiday with you in 2019.

My Husband and I had the most fabulous time at Alexandra. We know Saint Stephanos very well after many holidays here with our family. This time we were on our own and decided to relax and enjoy the wonderful views from the terrace watching the world go by. Beach Villas were fab and I would definitely use them again.
