My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa, which was in a superb location to explore the island, with spectacular views across the bay. The Villa was of a very good size, all the bedrooms were large and it was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend others to stay here. Thank you.

Booked a villa in Cyprus through this company last year. Nice to be back again with Beach Villas! Villa Kyknos was as well perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining/patio area with BBQ. The sunset and scenery views from the upper balconies were breathtaking. Everyone in Spartahori was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Katomeris, and Vathy and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

It was a beautiful spacious well-equipped villa in a peaceful hillside location approx 2-3 mins drive from the center of Spartahori where there was plenty of life if you want it. The kids loved the occasional dip to the pool. Villa Kyknos is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. We do rent a hire car as we wanted to visit also other places in Meganissi. There is no better way to enjoy an evening meal than on the veranda of Villa Kyknos enjoying the incredible sunsets. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful holiday, much needed after the problems caused by the pandemic. The villa was superb and Meganisi was exactly as we remembered it. We could just relax and enjoy the weather and the hospitality of the islanders. The local tavernas offer wonderful traditional dishes and are great value for money. The sea is calm and crystal clear and great for swimming. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful stay at villa Kyknos . Comfortably appointed with all necessary facilities lovely pool area with range of seating areas where you can relax either in sun or shade . Lovely quiet airconditioning. Excellent location about 500m mainly level walk to Spartochori centre where there's a butchers, supermarkets and two excellent inexpensive tavernas. Les than 10 minute drive to Vathi on main road and it's easy to access the various beaches by car from the villa Letta is an excellent host and can also provide access to Astoria services such as boat hire Highly recommended for a peaceful relaxing stay on Meganissi

Kyknos is a wonderful villa and Letta is very lovely. We have enjoyed the outside space very much and the jacuzzi is wonderful. The location is very quite but in walking distance of town and beach. We would definitely return to this lovely villa.
