From the moment we arrived at Villa Casale Terra Farfa, the owners Grazia and Adriano were fantastic. Their first concern was that we hadnt eaten a meal all day and so Grazia proceeded to ring a local pizzeria for Adriano to take us to collect some food. As the pizzeria was closed, we instead cooked a pasta meal with ingredients that had been left in the villa. While we were eating, Grazia and Adriano returned with wine for us! During our two week stay in September, they were faultless hosts who clearly make every effort to ensure that their guests have an enjoyable holiday. The villa itself is wonderful - extremely private and set in its own grounds containing olive and fruit trees, including fig, plum, apple, kiwi fruit and pomegranate. The large pool appears to be newly installed and was spotlessly clean. It was certainly one of the highlights of our stay in the villa. A nice touch is that, unlike in most other holiday villas we have rented, Grazia provides toiletries such as soaps & shampoos in the toilet/shower rooms. We found that the location of the villa was perfect for visiting Rome, which we did on a couple of occasions. We would definitely recommend going by train from the station at Fara Sabrina-Montelibretti, where there is a large free car park. A return ticket to Rome Tiburtina, where we accessed the Rome metro cost us just over 5 euros each. We also visited Tivoli, about 1 hours drive from the villa, to see Hadrians Villa, which we would definitely recommend.

My husband and I our two children and our friends and their two children had the best holiday. The villa was very clean and with wonderful quirky touches. Grazia and Adrian were wonderful hosts and came to our rescue when we got lost. They showed us around the villa and left us a few bits on arrival which was fantastic. The villa (apartments) are lovely and the terrace outside a joy! We had a few storms every afternoon that were terrific and kept the temperature down at night and over in no time. The pool is beautiful and the grounds delightful. None of us wanted to leave and letting our four boys run wild for a week was definitely the highlight knowing they were safe and secure. The pool is gated ideal as we had three small children in our party. The area is beautiful and the people more so, super friendly. It is down a country road but within minutes you have all the amenities you need. The rural location was the bit we loved the most.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had a wonderful welcome from Grazia and Adrian. The house was beautifully clean and the location was very private surrounded by Olive trees and many varieties of fruit trees. We loved picking fresh figs and plums for breakfast! The pool area is fabulous. Very clean and the perfect size for the size of house. The two apartments are independent, ideal for two families or couples. The area is very peaceful but a short drive from some hilltop villages where we enjoyed a lovely wander around and very reasonably priced cappuccinos. The location is brilliant, close enough for a day trip to Rome but away from city life. All in all a wonderful holiday place. We'll be back!

A Home from Home We looked for a homely, non touristy place to stay and were not disappointed .This is a family home with genuinely caring and helpful staff . We tended to eat out as the weather was warm .Rome is a city that comes alive in the evening too. A delightful, friendly place to stay and I would stay there again without hesitation. Agni travel and staff were very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and this home made us feel very comfortable. We walked around the areas, took day trips to town, nowhere was really that far away. We did rented a vehicle for exploration. All in all, the Villa was perfect for our needs and the villa was very accommodating to our needs. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Casale Terra Farfa was by far a beautiful farmhouse to have, a complete tranquility and peaceful vacation. We couldnt have asked for a better location. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoor was as charming as the indoors. Car hire is needed to explore this lovely town.

We are pretty seasoned and spoiled travelers but when we got to Casa Terra Farfa we were so happy!!! This home is a beautiful ?home away from home ?! Not only was it comfortable, clean , charming and spacious, it has a beautiful garden with a beautiful large pool and tons of privacy. We can?t say enough great things about it!!! The location is second to none! Close to everything you possibly want to see and do and eat in town! Get a car hire for exploration.
