A great villa that kept cool at night with the one air conditioning unit. In our preferred location, which is the first time we have been able to do that in the last five years. We would recommend this villa as it is close to the see and the bars and restaurants in Matagorda. Simon

Beautiful villa in excellent location. Only 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect a relaxed break in a chilled out area with friends or family.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Casita Dos. We were very impressed by the level of cleanliness in the villa as well as the communication & information from Beach Villas before and during our stay. We also appreciated the visits from the owner / manager. We had 2 small maintenance issues during our visit which were immediately sorted by the owner / manager. The wifi worked well. The villa is in an excellent location very near the beach promenade and shopping centre.
