Excellent location of Villa facilities. Everything within walking distance - Supermarket only minutes walk from Villa. Villa Pepe is located up the road from Marina Rubicon where the market is on every Wednesday and Friday. Very clean throughout and well maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and the villa was adequate for our needs. Although it was only a 15 minute walk into the mariner and and very pleasant and further 15-20 minutes to the main town it was a little too far out. But we absolutely love Lanzarote and enjoyed our stay.

Villa Pepe was clean, well laid out villa. Had all you needed on a holiday. Comfy beds shutters on windows and plenty of towels etc. Bedding and towels were changed weekly, villa cleaned weekly pool cleaned regularly. Good outdoor space, sun loungers, nice pool, very private, not overlooked. Quiet area. Few minutes walk from large supermarket. Bus stop nearby No.30 bus 2 per hour. Easy 20 min. walk along promenade to Rubicon Marina carry on another 20 min to town centre. Would return to this Villa again.

Everything worked like a charm, all equipment was available as stated in your website for this property. TV, Satellite, Internet Microwave, Toaster etc.... everything was there and functioning. Awesome! We had a great time at Villa Pepe in Lanzarote.

The villa is lovely, it is a great size, is well equipped and well looked after. It is located in an area that is away from the hustle and bustle so when chilling in the great outside space it offers it is nice and peaceful. There is a supermarket and a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk away. The Marina is located about a mile away (15 -20 min walk) and the Old Town of Playa Blanca about 2 miles. The walk to both can be taken on the promenade along the seafront.We would stay in this villa again.

We are just back after spending an extremely relaxing week at Villa Pepe. The villa was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the outside patio and pool area because of the privacy and very comfortable loungers. Everything was provided at the villa including plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. The convenience of the supermarket which stocked everything we needed and the bus stop were an added bonus which meant that we did not hire a car as planned. The villa is located in a lovely area which was very safe and secure and we would definitely recommend this villa for an enjoyable holiday.

The villa was fantastic, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a home from home experience. The pool was lovely and the location was nice and quiet . Close to a local taverna and supermarket and a nice walk down to marina rubicom. Staff were helpful especially Wayne the pool maintenance guy. Nice villa.
