Overall, we had a fantastic time at Villa Xapa. The villa itself is in a stunning location and in itself is lovely, its your own little slice of paradise. The villa was clean on arrival; it wasnt totally spotless but clean enough for us to use. Towels and linens were very good. The communal spaces are very nice and comfortable, plenty of room for dining (inside and out) and sitting. There were enough sun-beds so we could all lounge around by the pool. The pool and outside area were very nice and a huge bonus is that its private. It was just a bit too cold for some of us, but this isnt a criticism of Beach Villas or the villa. There is a sprinkler system that comes on during the night/very early morning which did disturb some of us as some of the sprinklers are right outside the bedroom windows. There are shops just around the corner for food and drink and the marina is around a 10-15 minute walk. We had a wheelchair user in our party and we were able to get around without too much difficulty (there are drop curbs in places but are often very steep so its easier to push the chair in the road). There is a bus stop around the corner and the buses run every 30 mins so trips into the beautiful Cuitadella are very easy and cheap. You cannot beat this villa for setting - right beside the lighthouse and on top of the ocean which makes for absolutely stunning views. There is a cafA©/snack bar at the lighthouse which is very handy. Lots of people visit the area each night to watch the sunset which was just so beautiful and really made our holiday special. Overall it was incredibly quiet, not many people around - only in the evening for a short time whilst the sun sets. The villa does have a roof terrace but sadly this is out of bounds and is not accessible, which is a shame, but understand this is for health and safety reasons.

Overall the location of the villa and the outside of the villa was great. The inside was comfortable and chic.

stunning little villa with quirky points. The view to the lighthouse was lovely over your breakfast in the morning and the pool was clean and tidy. peace and quiet was needed and was a lovely break.
